Razzasque Days is run by a volunteer board of directors from the LeRoy area. Multiple volunteers assist by serving as committee chairs for the many events that happen over the festival. Anyone interested in participating in the festival is invited to board meetings. Board meetings are open to the public. Community involvement and feedback is encouraged to create new ideas and festival events each year. Provided for the public are the board meeting minutes and financial reports in PDF format.

Razzasque Days meetings are held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at the LeRoy Township Hall at 6:00 p.m.
(The board does not meet the months of August, October, November and December)
